Further changes are being made on the planning applications on the £200m St Michael’s development in Manchester City Centre. Director, Gary Neville, has asked Manchester City Council “not to determine” the application until updated.

Liverpool Waters project plans revealed to transform 150 acres of historic docklands. The £5bn development is set to be the biggest single regeneration project in the history of Liverpool.

A 20-year growth plan has been revealed for UK Central in Solihull – the expected home for the HS2 interchange. The plan details the potential to create as many as 77,500 jobs and bring in £4.1bn to the local economy.
