Nikal masterminded the redevelopment of Mynshulls House and Britannic Buildings in Hanging Ditch. square metres of retail space and nearly 25,000 square metres of office space.

This original property was built in 1890 and is Grade II Listed.

“Hanging ditch” is a natural ditch which connects The rivers Irk and Irwell, it is thought the ditch was named after the manner in which textiles were hung to drain and drip.

Works carried out:

Installation of large double glazed units.

Our 30m Ruthmann Access Platform provided a highly efficient means of access to carry out this difficult task, as illustrated the terrain around the site prevented the use of conventional access equipment.
