Case study story

Built in 1972 Trent Court is situated off Edgeley High Street.

The development consists of one bed flats with resident scheme manager on site.Communal facilities include lounge, lifts, gardens and car park.

The flat roof covering had perished in various areas and water ingress had become an issue.

Works carried out:

Following consultation with the building managers Guinness Northern Counties and our client City Response, we recommended Delcote® Architectural Coating as an alternative to renewing the existing traditional roofing felt.

Delcote ® Architectural Coating is a liquid blend of silicones designed for easy application by spray, roller or brush for the re-coating and refurbishment of a wide range of common building materials including masonry, concrete, asbestos cement, polyurethane foam and most painted or unpainted metals.

Equipment deployed:

Temporary scaffold handrail edge protection, was fitted to the perimeter of all the flat roof areas.
